How do I make a purchase?

If you're ordering from within Pakistan, you can make your purchase in Pakistani Rupees. For orders outside of Pakistan, we currently accept payments in US Dollars, Dirham, and Pounds.

Which countries does Almish ship to?

Almish ships worldwide, allowing you to enjoy our collections no matter where you are.

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

For Ready to Wear items, delivery takes 3-5 working days within Pakistan and 7-10 working days internationally. Made to Order items may take up to 7-8 weeks to complete. If your order does not arrive within the specified time, please reach out to our customer support.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery.

Why did the product in my shopping bag disappear?

Placing an item in your shopping bag does not guarantee a purchase. If another customer completes the checkout for that item before you do, it may go out of stock and disappear from your bag. You can return to our site to place a new order once the item is available again.

Is my package insured, and do I need to sign for my order?

All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. Once the package is delivered and signed for, the insurance coverage ends. To ensure safe delivery, all orders require a signature upon receipt.

Does Almish ship to multiple addresses?

We can only deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We can help cancel an item, change sizes, or update billing and shipping details before dispatch. Orders with online payment can only be canceled within one week. Note that we cannot combine orders or add items to an existing order once placed. For assistance with order changes, please contact us promptly.

How can I track my order?

Upon placing an order, you will receive an Order ID and Confirmation email. You can use this ID to track your order by signing into our website or contacting Customer Care with your tracking number.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We do not have an exchange or return policy under normal circumstances. However, if a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item is delivered, please contact customer service. You can exchange for a different product or receive Online Store Credit (minus shipping costs).

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Refunds are not available. However, we offer Online Store Credit of equal value, usable for future purchases, if an item is returned within 7 days (excluding shipping costs).

There is a fault with the product. What should I do?

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item, please contact customer service. You may exchange the item or receive Online Store Credit.

How do I buy a gift card?

Currently, Almish does not offer a Gift Card service.
