RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. Received a Faulty or Incorrect Product?

If the product you received is damaged, defective, incomplete, or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We strive to ensure every order is correctly fulfilled. If you encounter this issue, please contact us at info@almish.pk or reach out via WhatsApp/call at +92 321 8800330. We will gladly exchange the product and cover the shipping costs (within Pakistan).

2. Can I Exchange an Item?

Exchanges are available if:

Your request is made within 7 days from the delivery date.

The item was purchased directly through www.almish.pk.

The product tags and Insert Card are intact.

You may request an exchange if:

You are not satisfied with the product.

The color or fabric does not meet your expectations.

Please note: In such cases, the customer is responsible for shipping expenses. Items returned must be in their original condition, with no stains, odors, marks, damages, or water stains.

    Almish does not provide cash refunds. However, we offer an online store credit (coupon) or the option to exchange for another product, depending on the circumstances.

    4. Can I Exchange or Return Sale Items?

    All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
